A whole house to empty, from the loft to the garden shed? I'll take the furniture, the bags and boxes, the white goods and the rubbish, room by room, until the house is clear and ready for whatever comes next.
Stairs and closes are part of the job in a lot of Ayrshire flats. Tell me the floor and the access when you message, and I'll plan the clearance around it.
Sold a property and need it emptied before the keys are handed over? Tell me your date and I'll work to get it cleared in time.
Did you just buy a new property, or are you planning some refurbishing? I do most of the stripping, old units, carpets and fittings, and dispose of everything properly and responsibly.

I arrive when we agreed, load the van and clear the property, with a helper on the bigger days. I work quickly and leave nothing behind that should go.
Everything goes to licensed facilities and is recycled where possible. I'm a SEPA registered carrier, so I can give disposal receipts to landlords and businesses.
All jobs are done by me, the owner. You deal with the same person from your first message to the last load, and you might meet Sherlock, my golden retriever, my little helper and the friendliest face of the business.
